As I've been chatting to our teams over the last 24 hours I'm struck by just how many people Jose touched and in so many different ways. He was a strong supporter of our services. For myself I have fond memories of his charisma and strong sense of humour (Picasso analogies spring to mind!), he was always genuinely interested both on a personal level and in 'how things are going'.
