I have been a GP in the trust for the last 3 years - I will always remember how Jose came up to me in a meeting at the start and asked me how I was getting on. He knew who I was and my role despite not having met before, welcoming me to the trust. What a kind gentle soul, who demonstrated great leadership - who's life has sadly been taken prematurely.
